Status conference hearing- On various issues including, Re. Motion of Plaintiff to
manage Marital Assets, withdrawn( Note reason for withdrawal), refiled in November 2007
opposed by defendant for exact reason why plaintiff withdrawn the motion, but then
granted by senior retired Judge Manukian for Parties to manage their WAMU shares of
stocks. JUDGE WELLER CONTINUED TO ASK MRS. FURER TO STIPULATE TO A DIVORCE
BEFORE PROPERTY DIVISION, In spite of court order, Credit Suisse, money manager of
the parties refused to separate Mrs. Furer's Shares of stock to her own name and own
account. Credit Suisse was ordered by Mr. Furer to separate Mrs. Furer's shares of
stock into an individual account of Andrew E. Furer, trustee Andrew E. Furer, instead of
transferring the shares to Mrs. Furer's name and into Mrs. Furer's individual account. Up
to the present time even after the Feb 22, 2008 Final Decree Mrs. Furer's WAMU shares
have not been transferred to her name and own account number. To add insult to injury
it was ordered in the decree for plaintiff to immediately transfer 570,000 shares to Mrs.
Furers individual account within 30 days of the decree. Instead of transferring the
570,000 shares as ordered by the court Judge Weller allowed Plaintiff to sell 69,000
shares of Mrs. Furers WAMU stock at the lowest price in March of 2008 at $9.25 a share to
cover the two million in sanctions imposed against Mrs. Furer by Judge Weller. To rub
salt into Mrs. Furer's wound Judge Weller again allowed Plaintiff to withhold 245,000
shares of Mrs. Furer's stock due to a Motion filed by Plaintiff in the Supreme Court
disputing the invalidity of the PNA, in contradiction to Judges order of Feb 22, 2008 to
transfer all 570,000 shares of Mrs. Furer to her name. Up to the present time (Sept 2008)
according to Credit Suisse Mrs. Furer is only allowed to manage 250,000 shares instead
of her 570,000 shares. All shares of stock are still in Mr. Furer name. CREDIT FINALLY
TRANSFERRED MY SHARES TO MY NAME ON SEPTEMBER 23,2008, ON SEPTEMBER 25,
2008 WAMU STOCKS WAS BANKRUPT.

Hearing on the clarification of the day of the retrieval of Mrs. Furer's personal property
held hostage for three years by Mr. Furer. Mrs. Furer's attorney made a mistake on the
day of the retrieval asking the Judge for clarification and permission on the date due to
the fact that the movers have been scheduled to drive to incline on the date stipulated
by the attorneys. The date and the day did not correspond to each other in attorneys
communication. Note Jude Weller's demeanor blaming Mrs. Furer even if it was not her
fault.

Furer told her she was not supposed to be in conference hearing, Mrs. Furer called the
court 30 minutes before the hearing for verification and the court did not return her call.
The new lawyer of Mrs Furer did not have answers to questions of Judge Weller, Lawyer
of Mrs. Furer was verbally sanctioned during this conference by Judge Weller for not
having her brief ready 4 days before the hearing including weekend. But yet, Judge
Weller granted the payment of attorneys lean disputed by Mrs. Furer in the amount of
almost 200,000 dollars even when this attorney has represented Mrs Furer for only a total
of 60 working days. Mrs. Furer has disputed the attorneys lean. Mrs. Furer's Brief was
filed by this attorney on the day of the hearing.

Hearing when Judge Weller had accused Mrs. Furer of threatening his life based on
communication with Plaintiff and his attorney. Judge Weller had Mrs. Furer investigated
by the Reno Detective Bureau in Jan 2008 accusing Mrs. Furer of faxing a death threat
letter to his office on Dec 10, 2007. Judge Weller also had Mrs. Furer investigated in Feb
2008 by an FBI agent based again on false allegations by the Plaintiff and his Attorney that
Mrs. Furer had threatened the Judges life. This investigation occurred one week before
Judge Weller had the final Decree of the Divorce on Feb 22, 2008. This was the plot of
the plaintiff, plaintiffs attorney, and Judges to put Mrs. Furer in jail after she was
bankrupted by Judge Weller in his Decree in 2008, so Mrs. Furer will not have the means
or the ability to fight Plaintiff in the Supreme Court to reverse the Judges Decision if she
is bankrupted by Judge Weller and in Jail at the same time. This was the plot of the
Divorce from the beginning.
